There are three schemes that we currently offer:
– Attractive returns with interest paid monthly or annually. Typically, sums over £25,000 are secured.
– Profit share for large sum investments on specific projects.
– If you already own property or land, Joint Venture arrangements are available enabling the Bey-Perrin team to design and develop the project.
