James Duffin

With Degrees in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying, James has undertaken work across all sectors of the construction industry. Covering a variety of projects including commercial industrial units, dilapidation assessments, office developments to one off luxury homes and schemes with three to twenty-six units, this has enabled James to showcase his ability to be flexible, react quickly and be cost efficient. Additionally, and importantly, he provides a fresh approach to a project by offering expertise in alternative construction methods and real savings by thinking differently.

Ritchie Clapson

Ritchie is a Chartered Structural Engineer and construction industry specialist with over 37 years of experience in new builds and commercial/industrial conversion projects across the UK. During his career Ritchie has worked on many iconic projects as both main designer and peer review engineer, including schemes such as the 2012 Olympic Stadium, Velodrome and Aquatics buildings; Wimbledon’s famous retracting roof and the world-renowned sculptures at The Goodwood Festival of Speed. Having worked for a number of renowned corporations within the construction  industry at a senior level, Ritchie started his own structural engineering consultancy firm in 1998, which was sold to Capita in 2008. Today, he is one of the country’s most respected small-scale development consultants, and CEO of a development company that specialises in transforming commercial, retail and light industrial spaces into residential homes.
